I started A&B in high school in southern Massachusetts with one ladder and a lot of door-knocking. Hundreds of happy customers later, the rule hasn't changed: show up on time, do the detail work nobody else bothers with, and leave every home looking its best.

Now I'm bringing that same standard to San Diego — clean windows year-round and professional Christmas lights every holiday season. Same owner, same care, on every job.

Are you licensed and insured in California?

Yes. We carry general liability coverage and are registered to do business in California. Ask for proof of insurance any time.

How do I get a quote?

Use the form below or call us. Most residential quotes come back same-day, often without an in-person visit.

Do you offer recurring service?

Yes. Choose an Annual, Bi-Annual or Tri-Annual plan and save $50 to $150 per visit. Commercial clients can also book weekly or monthly service.

What's included in a window cleaning?

Every visit covers the glass, frames, sills, tracks and screens. We use professional purified-water equipment, so windows dry spotless and streak-free.

Do you clean commercial windows?

Yes. We clean storefronts, offices and other commercial buildings across San Diego on a weekly, monthly or one-time schedule.

What if I'm not happy with the job?

We come back and make it right. 100% satisfaction, guaranteed — same policy since day one.

What happens if it rains?

We reschedule at no charge. And clean glass doesn't spot from rain the way dirty glass does — rain lands on nothing and dries clear.

Christmas light questions.

When should I book?

As early as you can. Install slots fill up fast once November hits. Book before Thanksgiving to guarantee your lights are up before Christmas.

Do I have to buy the lights?

No. We supply commercial-grade LED lights, clips and timers. Everything is included in your quote.

What if a bulb or strand goes out?

Call or text us and we come fix it free for the whole season.

When do you take them down?

In January. We remove everything so your house is back to normal with zero work from you.

Will it damage my roof or gutters?

No. We use clips made for rooflines and gutters. No nails, no staples, no holes.

Are you insured?

Yes. Fully insured crews do all the climbing. You never touch a ladder.
